This hole-in-the-wall bar specializes in mescal, the smokier cousin of tequila and an of-the-moment liquor in Mexico City. The owners only make small batches (never bottles), which are poured from clear containers that resemble water coolers. There’s no sign, but you’ll have no trouble spotting it with the crowds of cool kids outside.
