Chances are, if you’ve ever shopped online, you’re familiar with Brooke Cundiff’s career. Her CV includes lengthy stints at a number of retail giants, including Gilt Groupe, where she served as head of brand acquisition. Earlier this year, along with three fellow Gilt execs, she launched CoEdition, a multi-brand shopping site dedicated to sizes 10 and above for women (hurray!). If her recent vacation to Majorca is any indication, this is one fashion vet who works as hard as she plays — or is that vice versa? Here, Cundiff tells us all about the trip and shares glorious snapshot after glorious snapshot. For our landlocked readers in need of R&R, it’s the perfect dose of instant happy…

Majorca is…
Surrounded by the most beautiful blue water.

And what I loved about it…
Snorkeling in hidden coves off the coast, then taking long siestas in the afternoon by the pool.

Packing essentials…
Breezy dresses, bathing suits and a straw hat.

First-time visitors must see and do…
The Robert Graves estate, the picturesque town of Valldemossa and a boat trip.

A typical day there…
Tennis early in the morning; a fantastic breakfast by the pool; a hike in the hills before lunch; a dip in the Mediterranean, and a siesta.

And a typical night…
Apertivo at sunset followed by a late paella dinner.

Best place for local treasures…
Deià

Best local eats…
Restaurant Sebastián and Cala Deià (as seen in The Night Manager, and where you might end up seeing Jennifer Lawrence…)

The cocktail to drink to be mistaken for a local…
Aperol spritz

One thing you can get in Majorca you can’t get anywhere else…
Ensaïmada, a local pastry that is to die for!
