With temperatures rising across the country, how does one stay cool? Let us count the ways… There are the tried-and-true favorites, of course. Like heading for a refreshing dip in a nearby pool or indulging in a cool ice cream treat. But how about combining the above and… taking a spin in a sprinkle-filled pool? Lucky New Yorkers can do just that this month at the Museum of Ice Cream, a pop-up experience across from the Whitney Museum open till September 4th. In addition to that sprinkle pool — note: made not from actual melt-on-the-body sprinkles, but sprinkle-like beads — you’ll discover ice cream-inspired art, a chocolate fountain, edible balloons and, of course, lots of sweet ice cream treats. And don’t worry, while the original run of tickets quickly sold out, the museum occasionally releases new ones — so keep tabs on its newsletters and social media for updates.

P.S. Another tip to beating the heat? Dressing the part, of course — like Tory’s breezy Camille top, above.
